COCOFLOSS STATS
Cocofloss is made with ~85% recycled polyester woven from post-consumer plastic that we sourced from recycled water bottles. Meanwhile, CocoPlush Threaders (our Cocofloss with a built-in threader) is made from 100% of the same materials. Using recycled water bottles requires:*

COCOBRUSH STATS
Our Cocobrush handle is made from ~98% recycled ocean-bound plastic — any plastic trash that exists within ~31 miles of a waterway or coastal area that’s on the ground, like plastic bottles on beaches. Every Cocobrush you buy helps remove 10x its weight in plastic waste from coastal areas through our partnership with the Oceanworks® IMPAC+ program.
COCOSHINE STATS
Our Cocoshine tube and cap are made with ~46% recycled ocean-bound plastic sourced from Oceanworks®. Toothpaste tubes are incredibly challenging to make eco-friendly and Cocoshine is the first toothpaste tube where Oceanworks® successfully incorporated their recycled plastic at a high percentage.
OTHER SMILE BOOSTER STATS
The base of our Electric Brush Refills are made with up to 96% food-contact grade post-consumer recycled plastic, putting a positive step in the right direction for the wasteful replacement brush head market. Meanwhile, our Great Gums brush is a paper handle alternative to plastic interdental brushes — production of the FSC® certified eco-friendly paper handle produces 85% less CO2. And don’t forget reusability — our Kids Reflosser is endlessly refillable, a great solution to single-use plastic flossers for kids.

FSC® CERTIFIED
Wherever possible, we use outer packaging made from FSC® certified paper that’s 100% sourced from wood from well-managed forests. You’ll find it in the paper packaging for our Great Gums Brush, Electric Brush Refills, and more.
TREE-FREE RECYCLED PAPER FROM UPCYCLED SUGARCANE
We’re excited to start phasing into tree-free recyclable paper made from upcycled sugarcane for our product packaging. It can be found in our upcoming new Cocoshine boxes (and other upcoming launches).
COMPOSTABLE WRAPPER
Instead of single-use plastic bags, we opt for different variations of compostable or recycled plastic wrappers that can be dropped off at a thin film recycling spot, typically found at places like your local market. You can find these materials in the following products:
