Return Policy

COCOLAB warrants to you that the Products meet their specifications and descriptions. If the Products delivered to you do not match this warranty, our sole obligation and your sole remedy is an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the Product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact COCOLAB at 855.661.4719 or help@cocolab.com, 9a-6p (ET), Monday through Friday. 

 

Please note that purchases made through a third-party cannot be returned through cocolab.com or pro.cocolab.com. If your purchase was made in a third-party app or otherwise (for example through Amazon or Instagram), please return to the applicable app to start your return process.
