I have had great results switching to cocoshine toothpaste and using a red light for my mouth. I was so frustrated that brushing 3 times a day, waterpik twice a day was never enough - my teeth felt awful. I was trying to do what my dentist and hygenist recommended but I kept having worse receding gums, staining and pain. I tried cocoshine in desperation after I realized my sensitivity was so severe I felt the individual bristles on my toothbrush on my enamel. I tried other nano hydroxy apatite products and Cocoshine is absolutely the best for me.
